📈 Read and understand my message statistics

Discover, understand and use the statistics of your messages

Example: You've sent your first few messages and now it's time to look at the results of those messages.

This guide will help you through the different steps you will take to review and understand your results from the messages you have sent.

➡️ Step 1: Log in to your account on the Yollty site.

This step is very simple, just go to the Yollty site https://yollty.com/, and click on Log In, in the upper right corner.

➡️ Step 2: Access your sent message history

By clicking on Marketing then Messages and finally Sent Message History

➡️ Step 3: Find out all the messages you have sent

Here, several important pieces of information to know:
* The first column contains the title of your message
* The second column contains the type of message (push notification or In-App message)
* Columns three and four show the date the message was created and the date it was modified (if you decide to hide it)
* The fifth column is the status of the message. (The red arrows on the picture)

Successful if the message is sent AND still visible to your customers.
Hidden if the message is sent AND is no longer visible to your customers

  • The last column gives you two options:

1: See the statistics of your messages (blue arrow)
2: Hide the message of your choice (green arrow) ⚠️⚠️⚠️ **You won't be able to go back if you hide a message.

➡️ Step 4: Discover and interpret your statistics

  • By clicking on the statistics button you will first see the message you have sent.

Then, find out the first section which is "View Rate ". This will be the total number of customers who have read your message (out of the total number you can read just above this section).

  • The second section "Visit Rate " is the number of customers who came to your store and made a purchase within 7 days of the message.

  • Finally the last section is the total spend of your customers in your store in the 7 days following the message. ⚠️⚠️⚠️ These are customers who use Yollty.
    The total spend is calculated based on the number of points you gave (1€ = 1 point).

  • You even have the possibility to export your statistics (see the red arrow on the second picture below).

And VOILA ! You are able to read and understand the return on investment that Yollty and the message feature brings you. 😁
