Welcome your new members!

Example: Thank a new user for joining your Yollty loyalty program

➡️ Step 1: Access your dashboard

  • Go to your dashboard
  • Click on Marketing
  • Click on Automations
  • Then click on Manage workflows

  • Click on Click here to select a trigger

➡️ Step 3: Choose When a customer joins your program

➡️ Step 4: Select the action you want to perform

Click on the Plus button:

This will allow you to send a notification to your selected audience:

➡️ Step 5: Select the action you want to perform

When you click, you will have the option to select the message:

You need to save your message:

A window with a confirmation request will appear. You must click on 'yes' and confirm:
